Transport Canada has released SSB No. 15/2025 requiring Canadian seafarers to complete online Fatigue Management training before enrolling in and Marine Emergency Duties courses. For more information, see the Ship Safety Bulletin.

The 2026 Nautical Skills Competition will take place February 6th and 7th, 2026 and the Marine Institute in St. John’s, NL.
