IMAGINE MARINE CONFERENCE

The Canadian Marine Careers Foundation (CMCF) and Master Mariners of Canada (MMC) are hosting the inaugural IMAGINE MARINE CONFERENCE 2024 on October 2-3 in Ottawa, Ontario. This national event will address talent shortages in the marine shipping industry, featuring HR/EDI experts and sector stakeholders who will share best practices and strategies for recruitment and retention, covering the latest workforce development research, pilot projects, and resources, with a focus on underrepresented groups.
